                               RESOLUTION NO. 20750
                  
                  
                  A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR OF 
                  THE DEPARTMENT OF PARKS AND RECREATION TO 
                  EXECUTE A REVOCABLE LICENSE AGREEMENT WITH 
                  EAST GATE CENTER, INC., RELATIVE TO THE 
                  OPERATION AND MAINTENANCE OF A RECREATION 
                  CENTER AT EASTGATE MALL, FOR AN AMOUNT NOT TO 
                  EXCEED FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                     
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF 
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department 
       of Parks and Recreation be and is hereby authorized to execute a 
       Revocable License Agreement with East Gate Center, Inc., relative 
       to the operation and maintenance of a recreation center at 
       Eastgate Mall, for an amount not to exceed $15,000.00.
